Erin focuses her practice on defending businesses in high-stakes federal and state litigation, with an emphasis on TCPA and consumer protection class actions. She works closely with lead counsel on complex matters involving telemarketing compliance, statutory exposure, and early case strategy, including motions to dismiss, discovery disputes, and dispositive briefing.
Before joining Exoro Law, Erin spent more than a decade litigating insurance and property disputes, representing corporate defendants from case inception through resolution. That background gives her a practical, defense-oriented perspective that translates directly to Exoro’s core practice: protecting business clients from costly, procedurally aggressive lawsuits and minimizing litigation risk at every stage.
Erin brings strong legal research and writing skills to the firm’s litigation team and regularly drafts substantive motions, including motions to dismiss and summary judgment motions, as well as discovery responses and strategy memoranda. She is detail-driven, efficient, and focused on results, supporting Exoro’s approach of disciplined, business-minded litigation rather than volume-based defense.
Erin earned her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Florida State University. During law school, Erin interned with the State Attorney’s Office for the Ninth Judicial Circuit.
