The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its applicable rules then in effect. The arbitration shall take place in Broward County, Florida, unless Exoro Law PLLC elects otherwise in writing. You understand and agree that, by accepting these Terms and Conditions of Use / Privacy Policy, you and Exoro Law PLLC are each waiving the right to a trial by jury, except to the extent such waiver is prohibited by applicable law.
Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and Exoro Law PLLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy shall be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff, claimant, class representative, or class member in any purported class action, collective action, consolidated action, mass action, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator shall have no authority to hear or arbitrate any class, collective, consolidated, mass, or representative claim, or to award relief to anyone other than the individual party in arbitration. Exoro Law reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. In that event, you agree to cooperate fully with Exoro Law in the defense of that matter. You may not settle any claim in a manner that imposes any obligation, admission, or liability on Exoro Law without Exoro Law’s prior written consent.

Class Action Waiver
YOU AND EXORO LAW PLLC AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION REQUIRED BY THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT WILL TAKE PLACE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU AND EXORO LAW PLLC EACH AGREE TO WAIVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE ANY DISPUTE OR CLAIM SUBJECT TO THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT BROUGHT, HEARD, ADMINISTERED, RESOLVED, OR ARBITRATED AS A CLASS ARBITRATION, CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR MASS ACTION TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION SHALL PROCEED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND THAT CLASS, COLLECTIVE, MASS, OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIMS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN ARBITRATION OR IN ANY COURT PROCEEDING, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER A COURT DETERMINES THAT A PARTICULAR CLAIM OR DISPUTE IS NOT SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION. YOU AGREE THAT THIS WAIVER OF CLASS, COLLECTIVE, MASS, OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIMS APPLIES IN ARBITRATION AND IN ANY COURT PROCEEDING, EVEN IF A COURT DETERMINES THAT A PARTICULAR CLAIM OR DISPUTE IS NOT SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION. THIS WAIVER OF CLASS, COLLECTIVE, MASS, OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIMS IS A STANDALONE AGREEMENT AND SHALL SURVIVE ANY DETERMINATION THAT THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT OR ANY PORTION THEREOF IS UNENFORCEABLE. You expressly waive any right to participate in any class action, collective action, mass action, or representative proceeding against Exoro Law PLLC arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms and Conditions of Use / Privacy Policy.
