Conflict Resolution & Mediation

Our Conflict Resolution & Mediation Practice Group is comprised of professionals certified by the State of Florida Supreme Court. Our mediators act as neutral third parties to help resolve disputes in a laid-back and non-adversarial way, aiming for a mutually agreeable resolution.

The mediator's job is to assist parties in identifying issues, promoting joint problem-solving, creating a comfortable space for open communication, and exploring settlement options. Mediators don't play the role of judges, make rulings, evaluate cases, or take sides. They focus on managing the process for parties to resolve conflicts without deciding on the resolution.

Mediation comes with several perks, such as a high success rate in reaching settlements, immediate closure, certainty, eliminating the uncertainty of jury trials, along with reduced costs and appeals. The parties get to dictate the terms of their settlement, save time and money, and receive settlement proceeds faster.
